It applies to individuals who access our websites and any related mobile applications (collectively, the “Sites”) as well as our online and, where applicable, offline services (collectively, the “Services”).

From time to time, we may change this Privacy Policy. If we do, we will post the amended version on this webpage. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically.

1. Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data from you through your use of the Sites and Services. “Personal data” is information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable individual.

Personal Data You Provide

Depending on how you interact with our Sites and Services, we may collect the following personal data that you voluntarily provide:

  • Create an Account or Profile: If you choose to create an account or profile on our Sites, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, and a password for login purposes.
  • Inquiries or Consultation Requests: When you request information about our Services—such as marketing, consulting, or analytics solutions—or sign up for a consultation, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, organization name, and any relevant project details.
  • Contact Us: If you contact us via email, webform, or phone, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, and any other information you choose to include in your message.
  • Marketing: We may use your contact information (e.g., name, email address) to market our Services to you. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of our emails or by contacting us at the information below.

Personal Data as You Navigate Our Sites

We automatically collect certain personal data through your use of the Sites and our use of cookies and other tracking technologies, such as:

  • Usage Information: Pages you access on the Sites, frequency of access, and what you click on while on the Sites.
  • Device Information: IP address, hardware model, operating system, application version, and browser type.
  • Mobile Device Information: Whether the Sites are accessed via mobile device or tablet, device type, and your service provider.
  • Location Information: Approximate location information based on your IP address on a city/regional basis.

To learn more about how we use cookies, and to manage your cookie settings, please see our Cookie Policy (or similar notice) on the Sites.

Personal Data We Collect About You from Other Sources

In some cases, we may receive personal data about you from other sources. For instance, if you engage with our posts, advertisements, or sponsored content on social media or other platforms, those platforms may share limited personal data with us (as governed by their respective privacy settings and policies).

2. How We Use Your Personal Data

In addition to the purposes stated above, we may use the personal data we collect for purposes including, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining and Improving Our Sites and Services: Ensuring our Sites function as intended and making enhancements.
  • Protecting Security and Integrity: Preventing fraud, unauthorized access, or other illegal activities.
  • Investigating Violations: Enforcing our Terms of Use and compliance with this Privacy Policy.
  • Monitoring Compliance: Ensuring adherence to our agreements, policies, and legal requirements.
  • Defending Our Legal Rights: Protecting our rights or the rights of others.
  • Complying with Applicable Law: Meeting legal obligations and responding to lawful requests by public authorities.
  • Other Legitimate Business Purposes: As reasonably necessary or compatible with the original purpose for which the data was collected.

3. How We Share Your Personal Data

We may share the personal data we collect about you in the following ways:

  1. With Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who perform business-related functions on our behalf, such as IT hosting, analytics, marketing, and communications.
  2. As Required by Law: We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  3. In Connection with a Transaction: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or reorganization, your information may be transferred as part of that deal.
  4. With Third-Party Platforms: We may share limited data (e.g., email addresses) with social or advertising platforms to deliver targeted advertising or measure engagement.
  5. Legal Proceedings: To establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights, including fraud prevention or as required by court orders.
  6. With Your Consent: We may share your personal data with other parties if you have consented to the disclosure.
  7. Business or Asset Sale: In connection with a potential or actual business transfer as described above.
  8. Protection of Health or Safety: If necessary to protect the health or safety of you, us, or others.

For more information on whether we “sell” personal data under certain state laws, see the “Your State Privacy Rights and Additional Disclosures” section below.

4. Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms

Our Sites recognize certain opt-out preference signals (such as the Global Privacy Control, “GPC”). If you enable a browser setting or plugin that sends a GPC signal, we will treat that as a valid request to opt out of certain data sales or sharing where required by law. Please consult your browser or extension documentation for how to enable these settings.

Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that may not be uniformly recognized across all websites due to lack of industry consensus. At this time, we do not alter our practices when we receive a DNT signal.

5. Security

We maintain commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect the personal data we collect from loss, misuse, destruction, or unauthorized access. However, no security measures or transmissions over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. We cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any personal data you transmit to us.

6. Third Party Links

Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such websites. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of any linked third-party websites you visit.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Sites and Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

8. Your State Privacy Rights and Additional Disclosures

Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain privacy rights regarding your personal data. These rights may include:

  • The right to confirm whether we are processing your personal data and to access that personal data.

  • The right to correct inaccurate personal data about you.
  • The right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal data or “targeted advertising,” where applicable.
  • The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights.

Some states define “selling” personal data to include the sharing of data for monetary or other valuable consideration. We may engage in targeted advertising by sharing certain data (e.g., cookies) with third-party advertising providers. Depending on your state law, this may constitute a “sale” of personal data.

To exercise any applicable state privacy rights, you may contact us at the information provided in the “How to Contact Us” section below. We will verify your identity and process your request in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

9. Notice to California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These rights may include:

To submit a request or to learn more, please see “How to Contact Us” below. We will verify your identity and respond according to the law.

10. Canadian Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of Canada, you have certain rights with respect to your personal data. These include the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data in our custody or control, subject to limited exceptions under applicable law. You may also withdraw your consent where we rely on consent to process your personal data.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at the information provided below in the “How to Contact Us” section. We will respond to your request within the timeframes required by Canadian law.
